The company says this Orange County location will be its first in California since the pandemic closures and could pave the way for more statewide openings, though no additional sites are confirmed yet.

The judge cited his disruptive courtroom behavior, prior convictions, and lack of credibility about alleged trafficking as reasons for imposing the maximum term and lifetime sex-offender registration.
