FREMONT, CA — Fremont Police are searching for suspects in a shooting that left three people injured.
In a written statement, police said, "Detectives are also looking into possible connections between this shooting and the recent increase in gang activity in the city."
The shooting happened at 11:15 p.m. Tuesday near a park at High Street and Farallon Common in the Irvington District.

The victims drove themselves to a local hospital. Their injuries are considered serious, but not life threatening.
Police report, "The victims were uncooperative and refused to provide officers with any information regarding the shooting."

Over the weekend there was a stabbing that may also be gang-related.
Crime Scene Investigators interviewed people in the area who heard the gunshots, but no one saw the shooting.
