FREMONT, CA — After every sunset, the sun must rise again. And so it did.
Tuesday's photo of the day comes from Tricia R., who captured the sun rising Monday morning while driving in Newark.
Tricia's car side-view mirror shot offers us a different perspective of our usual skyline photos. But don't go chasing the sunrise. Given that objects in the mirror are closer than they appear, you may never catch it.
Thanks for sharing, Tricia!
What's better? An East Bay sunset or sunrise?
If you have an awesome photo of nature, breathtaking scenery, kids caught being kids, a pet doing something funny, or something unusual you happen to catch with your camera, we'd love to feature it on Patch.
We're looking for high-resolution images that reflect the beauty and fun that is Northern California, and that show off your unique talents. Cell phone images are fine.
