SACRAMENTO, CA — With the upcoming June primary, it's fitting that we share a view of California's state capitol building in Sacramento, courtesy of Paul Sethy.

"In a state of nearly 40 million people, very few get to see our Capitol building up close and truly appreciate its magnificence," Paul said. "That's why I call this photo set: 'A Capital View of the Capitol!'"
