Children Sexually Assaulted By Fremont Man: Police

MILPITAS, CA — A Fremont man has been arrested in Milpitas for the alleged sexual assault of several children. Raymond Juichung Chen, 35, was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for multiple counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child.

Milpitas Police say that a 16-year-old girl contacted them on April 20 to report that she had been assaulted by Chen when she was about 10 years old. She attended an after care program at Fantasia Performance and Art Center on Los Coches Street, where Chen was employed.

A police investigation turned up four additional victims, and police fear there may be more.

Chen was arrested at Fanatasia on April 21.

Investigators are asking the public to call the Milpitas Police Department at (408) 586-2400 with information on inappropriate behavior by Chen.
