City Of Fremont: No-Cost Drive-Thru COVID-19 Testing

Bay Area Community Health is partnering with the City of Fremont to offer free pop-up COVID-19 testing on a monthly basis. Drive-thru appointments are available on the following dates from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm at the Fremont Central Park Sports Complex, located at 1110 Stevenson Blvd.:

• Wednesday, December 22, 2021
• Monday, January 10, 2022
• Wednesday, January 12, 2022
• Friday, January 14, 2022

Masks are required to protect the health and safety of both workers and visitors. Walk-ups are accepted, but registration is highly recommended to help reduce your wait time.

Bay Area Community Health receives United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
