Fatal Fremont Bicycle Collision: Police Seek Witnesses

The victim died 2 weeks later, and now police need help finding out what happened.

FREMONT, CA — The Fremont Police Department is looking for more information on a potential bicycle collision on Nov. 3 after a 72-year-old bicyclist died on Nov. 17, police announced on Monday.

According to police reports, a collision potentially happened on Washington Blvd., west of Ellsworth St. between 5:30 p.m. and 6:18 p.m.

Police do not have any information on how the collision happened or who was involved.
Anyone who may have seen a bicyclist on the ground or a bicycle collision in the area is encouraged to contact Officer Lester Ramirez at lramirez@fremont.gov.
