Fire at Fremont High School Prompts Evacuation
Fire officials say the fire, which has been extinguished, was contained to a bathroom.
A small fire in a bathroom at American High School has been extinguished, according to Fremont Fire officials.
The fire prompted a brief evacuation of the high school this morning.
According to Fremont Fire Twitter, the students have returned to class and no injuries were reported as a result of the fire.
A fire investigator has been called to the school. American High is located at 36300 Fremont Blvd.
