FREMONT, CA — Fremont Boulevard has reopened between Peralta Boulevard and Central Avenue after a police standoff Friday morning.
Officers successfully negotiated with a man on the roof of a theater.
The road closure advisory was issued at 7:43 a.m. Friday and the road reopened by 10.
