Fremont's Milestone Technologies Names New CEO

From Milestone Technologies: Milestone Technologies, the MSP shaping the way technology is delivered worldwide, today announced it has promoted Nelson Eng to President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Additionally, Milestone announced Edward Reginelli as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and appointed Doug Tracy to a newly formed position as Executive Vice President of Global Technology Operations. Eng, Reginelli, and Tracy have a successful track record of driving billions of dollars in revenue growth across global enterprises.

“As I wind down my 20-year tenure as CEO of Milestone, I’m incredibly confident in the leadership and vision that Nelson has already demonstrated during his 8-month tenure as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO),” said Prem Chand, founder of Milestone Technologies. Eng responded, “I am grateful to Prem for having built such a unique company, and I look forward to achieving substantial growth while preserving the aspects of Milestone that have made it successful over the past two decades.”

Nelson Eng brings 30 years of executive experience in the IT industry to Milestone, having operated and grown global businesses with annual revenues exceeding $1 billion. Most recently, Eng served as Chief Strategy and Chief Development Officer for Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology, a $25B global IT services provider). Eng has held a variety of global senior executive roles at large companies such as Dell, Siebel, and Oracle as well as mid-cap companies like Misys plc and eFunds Corporation (acquired by Fidelity). His distinguished career began at IBM, where Eng held several leadership positions over the course of 15 years.

Doug Tracy joins Milestone with 30 years of experience in the IT field. Tracy recently served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Computer Sciences Corporation (now DXC Technology), where he led a dramatic transformation of internal IT functions that focused on driving business development and supporting global operating models. Tracy has also held CIO and CTO positions at Dana Corporation and Rolls-Royce. At Milestone, Tracy is chartered with building strategic automation capabilities to augment the company’s leading IT services portfolio.

Prior to joining Milestone Technologies, Edward Reginelli was the CFO for RhythmOne, a publicly-traded company focused on online advertising. Reginelli has 20 years of experience managing all financial functions across various industries, both public and private. Before holding executive positions in the technology services, manufacturing, and new media sectors, Reginelli began his career at Nestle USA.
