Goats Return To Graze In Fremont. Here's How To See Them
Goats can be used to rid of vegetation and minimize wildfire risks.
FREMONT, CA — Goats have returned to Fremont's hillsides to munch on some grass for the spring, and here's where you can see them.
The goats started grazing on brush, plants and grasses within Sabercat Historical Park last week, according to Fremont city officials.
They can be found at the corner of Pine Street and Paseo Padre Parkway, and visitors are welcome to stop by and watch them in action. But city officials say visitors should keep a few rules in mind, including staying clear of the electrified fencing that encloses the grazing area, not trying to feed or touch the goats and leashing pets at all times.
