Mobile Clinic To Provide Dental Services In Fremont
The service is slated to begin this spring. Until then, free or low-cost dental services are offered to all local residents at 2 locations.
FREMONT, CA — The homeless and under-served in Newark, Fremont and Union City will soon have easier access to dental care. Tri-City Health Center will operate a Mobile Dental Clinic that is expected to begin operating this spring, although an exact date is not available.
Its official title is the Comprehensive Health & Oral Mobile Project (CHOMP) mobile dental clinic. CHOMP will provide screenings, diagnostics, preventative care and treatment services.
Tri-City Health Center has been offering mobile health clinic services for the past 30 years. They were expanded to include a focus on the senior population and the School-Linked Mobile Clinic services in 2017.

Currently, TCHC offers Dental Services at the Irvington Dave Clinic, 40910 Fremont Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538; and Martha Avenue Dental, 38056 Martha Ave., Fremont, CA 94536 clinic locations.
TCHC charges for services on a sliding scale, depending on a family's income.
