New Age-Friendly Center To Be Built In Fremont
It will be next to the just-opened senior affordable apartment complex built in Warm Springs.

FREMONT, CA — An Age-Friendly Center is planned in Fremont’s Warm Springs District. The 11,000-square-foot facility will have an indoor-outdoor dining area, meeting rooms, and event programming for adults aged 55 years and older.
Along with the recently completed affordable housing project, Pauline Weaver, the new center will be part of an age-restricted master-planned community called Mission Falls.
A ground breaking ceremony will be held this Friday, June 7, at 11 a.m. Construction should be completed by fall 2021.
