Fremont Police Chief To Be Sworn-In Thursday
Residents and business owners are invited to attend the ceremony virtually.
FREMONT, CA — Fremont's new police chief, Sean Washington, will be officially sworn-in to his position at 4 p.m. on Thursday.
The ceremony will be shown live on Zoom.
Washington was promoted from within. He joined the Fremont Police Department in 1997 and his assignments have included Detective, Field Training Officer, SWAT Team Member, Arrest Control Instructor, Driving Instructor, and member of the School Resource Officer Unit.
