Sen. Bob Wieckowski Chose Kennedy High School For Ceremony
He is a 1973 graduate of Kennedy and is a member of the school's Hall of Fame.

FREMONT — State Senator Bob Wieckowski held a community-oriented, ceremonial swearing-in event at Kennedy High School in Fremont, after being re-elected to a second term to the Senate in November. Sen. Wieckowski was officially sworn in on Dec. 3 in the state Capitol.
Fremont Police Chief Kim Petersen administered the ceremonial oath of office as his wife Sue and step-son Luke looked on.
The senator, along with Julie Dunkle of the League of Women Voters, honored local student activists with the Parkland Voters Movement, which preregisters teens to vote.
