Sunrise Bike Ride: Photos Of The Day

FREMONT, CA — Jerry Arnold made fitness a priority on Sunday, pedaling all the way to the end of a paved Alameda County before sunrise. He tells Patch, "I took these pictures while on my road bike ride. The exact location was at the end of the paved Alameda County trail looking eastward toward (Coyote Hills Regional Park). The moon was still visible just before sunrise. Very peaceful, but chilly."

Gorgeous! It looks as if the egret was also enjoying the sunrise.
