Suspect Arrested on Suspicion of Forcing Entry into Pool House
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of burglary tools, possession of a controlled substance.
A 42-year-old man found inside a Fremont pool house was arrested on suspicion of burglary Tuesday after a witness saw him jumping over a fence, according to police.
Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Spetti Drive after the suspect was observed jumping the fence and entering the area around a pool. On arrival they found that he had forced entry into the pool house, police said. He was identified by a witness as the same man who’d jumped over the fence.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of burglary, possession of burglary tools, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Further details were not immediately available.
