Upgrades Made At Sabercat Historical Park​

FREMONT, CA — Have you been to Sabercat Historical Park recently? New interpretive signs have been installed.

Sabercat Historical Park is an extraordinary site that is rich with history including the discovery of fossils from the Irvingtonian period of geological time. These signs serve as a self-guided outdoor classroom by providing interpretive educational information such as the park’s paleontological and archeological importance, rich cultural history, flora and fauna, and natural resources.

Sabercat Historical Park is a linear greenway that features a 1.4 miles long paved trail that runs along Sabercat Creek. The park is accessible through several trailheads located on Pine Street, Quema Drive/Paseo Padre Parkway, and Via Orinda.
