Gilroy Farmer's Market Begins Second Year, Sunday May 13

Yeah! The Gilroy Farmers Market begins its second year this Sunday, May 13. The farmer's market started last year as a project of Leadership Gilroy. The class of 2011 did a one-day kickoff last year on June 5 with it's Gilroy Spice of Life event and partnered with the Arts Alliance to form a continued farmers market lasting through fall of last year.

I'm looking forward to getting fresh veggies again this year. It's every Sunday at the corner of Monterey and 7th street from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
