BYU-I Benefit Concert to Support Gilroy and Christopher High School Choirs
Notification about a Jazz Concert with monetary proceeds supporting Gilroy and Christopher High School Choirs.
Sound Alliance and Vocal Union from Brigham Young University-Idaho will perform a benefit concert in Gilroy at Rucker Elementary School (325 Santa Clara Ave) on April 16 at 7pm as part of their spring tour through California and Nevada. Monetary proceeds will be donated to the local Gilroy and Christopher High School Choirs.
Tickets can be purchased at the door with a $5/person or $20/family donation.
Organizers are also collecting non-perishable food items for St. Joseph’s Food Pantry to benefit the students in the local school district. Please bring non-perishable snack items for kids’ lunches.

Sound Alliance features 17 band members while Vocal Union features 12 singers performing a variety of popular and jazz tunes. The goal of both performing groups is to uplift audiences through quality music that inspires, entertains and leaves one feeling good. The upbeat nature of their program will appeal to audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
