Get Out: Holiday Crafts, Class and Play
The play "Sorry! Wrong Chimney!" opens Saturday, and three holiday arts and crafts fairs will be taking place over the weekend.

Looking for something to do around town this weekend? Well, look no further because Patch has done the research, and compiled a list of five fun things to do around town over the weekend.
HOLIDAY FAIR & BOUTIQUE AT SOUTH VALLEY COMMUNITY CHURCH
When/Where: South Valley Community Church, located at 8095 Kelton Dr. Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Why Go: It's an opportunity to get an early start on holiday shopping. There will be more than a handful of vendors with unique, handmade creations. There will be entertainment and prize drawings throughout the day, and food will be available for purchase so attendees can snack while shopping.

ο»ΏONLINE CREATIVE HOLIDAY GIFT CLASS WITH CMPA
When/Where: At 5055 Santa Teresa Blvd. L-139, Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Why Go: CMAP's Joanna Cyprys will show attendees how to create holiday gifts online. Participants will learn how to create personalized cards, photo albums, t-shirts, mugs and hilarious pictures with PhotoShop.
Price: $20
When/Where: At 525 Hecker Pass Hwy. from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Crafts are in the Barrel Room.
Why Go: There will be crafts available for purchase from 20 local artists. Crafts include jewelry, scarves, wine candles, purses, painted glass and more. There will also be hot apple cider served, along with hot mulled wine inside their tasting room. Carlos Padilla will be playing music on Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m.

OPENING OF "SORRY! WRONG CHIMNEY!"
When/Where: The Center for the Arts, located at 7341 Monterey Street on Saturday. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the play starts at 8 p.m. Call 408-472-3292 or www.limelightactorstheater.com for reservations.
Why Go: Limelight Actors Theater presents "Sorry! Wrong Chimney!" The lighthearted Christmas tale is full of mistaken identities and mixups, offering a couple of hours of uncomplicated laughter and fun. The plot is centered around David Tuttle, who is moonlighting as a department store Santa so he can buy his wife a fur for Christmas. However, the course soon changes after his wife discovers that his claims of working overtime at the office are untrue, and begins to suspect another woman is in his life. The play is part of the center's "bring your own dinner theater."

HOLIDAY ART FESTIVAL IN AROMAS
When/Where: Aromas Grange Hall, located at 400 Rose Ave., Aromas. Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Why Go: Attendees will have the chance to meet a bunch of artists who live in and around Aromas, and will get to view an array of handmade artwork.
