Gilroy City Council will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Monday, April 6, 2020. Due to the current shelter in place order, public participation in this meeting will be limited and will be handled based on best practices undertaken throughout the County for public meetings in recent weeks.

The Council meeting will take place via video conference and will be streamed live on the City website and broadcast on Charter cable channel 17.

Members of the public are encouraged to participate by emailing all public comments prior to or during the meeting to the City Clerk at shawnafreels@cityofgilroy.org. Public comments will be taken on agenda items BEFORE action is taken by the City Council. Emailed comments must be received BEFORE the Mayor opens public comment for the item. Please identify the Agenda Item Number or PUBLIC COMMENT in the subject line of your email. The City Clerk will read the first three minutes of each email into the public record. Public comment can also be shared by leaving a voice message comment by calling (408) 846-0204, prior to 5:00 PM on April 6, 2020.
