Online students from California Virtual Academy at Fresno will meet up in person in honor of National School Choice Week, a week-long celebration of choice in public education. Kids and teachers from California Virtual Academy at Fresno will come together for one of over 5,000 nationwide events taking place from January 24-30, 2016.

• On Friday, January 29, 2016 at 2:45 P.M., the school community will gather to ice skate together and celebrate at Gateway Ice Center (2473 N. Marks Avenue; Fresno, CA 93722).

Education is not one-size-fits all. Students and parents need options to help their kids succeed. Not all children thrive in a standard public school classroom environment. Some kids are distracted by the noise and disruptions. There are kids that feel comfortable in a large class, and those that are bullied.
