• Urgent Care now open on weekends in Gilroy (gilroydispatch.com) — Urgent care at Valley Health Center Gilroy is now open seven days a week, including weekends, from 8am-5pm, giving residents a closer alternative to the ER for nonemergencies. County leaders say the expanded hours will ease pressure on St. Louise Regional Hospital and improve access for families across Gilroy and South County. Walk-ins and appointments are available for all ages.
