Do you or someone you know need eyeglasses but can’t afford them? The California Lions Friends in Sight, hosted by the WesternU Lions Club and the Pomona Host Lions Club, is holding a vision screening with free recycled glasses on Saturday, April 13, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The location is Marshall Middle School, 1921 Arroyo Avenue, Pomona.
People of ages from any community, regardless of ability to pay are welcome at the screening. Be sure to come early while there is still a good selection of glasses.
A Western University Health Fair, featuring dental, blood pressure screening and more will be held at the same time and location.
