Project Description: Construction of a new residential subdivision consisting of 30 detached, two-story homes.
Request(s):
The Planning Commission was an advisory body on the project applications and on September 7, 2021, made a recommendation to the City Council for approval.
Environmental: Notice is further given that an Initial Study on the project was prepared in accordance with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. The Draft Initial Study concluded that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment with inclusion of mitigation measures and a Draft Mitigated Negative Declaration (“MND”) has been prepared. The public review period for the CEQA Initial Study and Draft MND commenced on July 06, 2021, to July 26, 2021.
