Stolen iPhones from LA Fitness Glendora

Two Asian males in their early twenties approached me and my friends inside the LA Fitness club in Glendora on Friday 1.4.12 at 6:00 pm. While literally standing outside racquetball court #1, the two Asian males browsed our gym bags and pretended to take interest in our game. In the moment that we stepped in, they burglarized my gym bag and stole two iPhones that were deep into my bag. My friends and I chased them as they ran into their new Honda Civic hatchback. We caught up to them in front of Pollo Loco when they squeezed onto Grand Ave northbound. While filing the report with Glendora PD, the front desk staff tells us all that LA Fitness Glendora does not have surveillance cameras and that the same two males stole inside the gym the week before. I was shocked at the lame response the manager gave and he was more concerned by me sitting on a large counter top instead of offering to help. This is worse as I once worked for LA Fitness and actually know this manager. LA Fitness Glendora is poorly managed and they showed little interest in securing their location or the safety of its members. In closing, be aware of these two individuals. Both are short. One is heavy and has a shaved head and appears to be Filipino standing about 5'3" and 140 lbs. The other is thin, light skin and looks Chinese. Both dressed in black but act goofy and drive a new Red Honda Civic without plates. The iphones have been disabled, reported stolen and if you end up with them, good luck with your explanation. It's considered a Felony if you receive stolen goods. I've already moved on and ordered replacement phones. If these two thieves are caught, they will be charged with two felonies each. I will pray for their capture and hope that no one else is victimized at LA Fitness Glendora.
