A Walk-in Law Day is scheduled for Saturday, May 11 from 9 am to noon at 333 W. Foothill Blvd. in Glendora. Local residents may talk to an attorney for 15 minutes for $25. Three highly experienced attorneys with more than sixty years’ practice in the areas of civil litigation, family law, business law, contract law, estate planning, probate, asset protection, and other areas are available.
“We felt this would be an easy way for people to get the legal information they need in a quick, informal way,” said attorney Cloyd Havens II. Havens is a Glendora native as well as an adjunct professor of Business Law at Azusa Pacific University. “We’ll screen people by the questions they have and direct them to the appropriate attorney. If for some reason we can’t help them, we’ll direct them to another source of assistance,” Havens stated.
