• Halloween Carnival Returns To Spook Glendora On Oct. 31 (patch.com) — Families in Glendora can look forward to a Halloween Carnival at Finkbiner Park's softball fields on Saturday, Oct. 31, featuring games, bounce houses and themed attractions from 5 to 8 p.m. Residents are encouraged to buy $15 advance wristbands from city recreation offices, as prices rise to $20 on the day of this local celebration.
   

• Jason Willman '22, '26 - Interim Head Coach - Women's Swimming and Diving Coaches (chapman.edu) — Glendora residents might be proud to see hometown swimmer and coach Jason Willman named interim head coach of Chapman University's women's swimming and diving program. A native of Glendora, he started coaching with Glendora Aquatics before moving into collegiate roles. His teams have broken numerous records and earned national Division III recognition.
