P.S. Don't throw out the seeds! If you've never roasted pumpkin seeds before, do it. They are delicious and healthy. The best pepitasĀ recipes call forĀ the smallerĀ seeds inside the hull, but any version ofĀ roasted pumpkin seeds are worth trying.
