• Four Students Earn Tech Trek Scholarships (gridleyherald.com) — Four Gridley-area students have been chosen by the local AAUW branch to attend the 2026 Tech Trek STEM camp at UC Davis, a weeklong residential program for rising eighth-graders. The girls were nominated by teachers, completed essays and interviews, and will explore hands-on science and technology. Residents can support future campers or join the Gridley Branch AAUW through the contacts provided.
