• Merced County Food Inspections Reveal 2 Unsatisfactory Ratings (losbanosenterprise.com) — Richards Market & Liquor in Gustine earned a satisfactory rating in Merced County’s May food safety inspections, while two Merced restaurants were flagged for unsatisfactory conditions and ordered to be reinspected. Most of the 87 facilities inspected countywide scored well, and an unsatisfactory rating alone does not mean a closure unless specifically noted by the county.
