Abe Farag Family Foundation offering grant of discounted office space to nonprofits

The Abe Farag Family Foundation has a new grant opportunity for non-profit applicants to receive a grant of 50% off of rent for 1,363 square feet of office space in El Granada. The applicant can request a lease of 1-3 years with potential for annual renewal. The office comes with 3 parking spots with additional street parking available. This space is ideal for a non-profit with community facing service and is near Pillar Point harbor in El Granada.

The AFFF primarily supports non-profits focused on education and innovation, but all are encouraged to apply. Non-profits that benefit the local coastal community are especially encouraged.
