July 1
See Your Possibilities: Intro to Bio-Optic Holography
The eyes reveal our entire life’s possibilities. Bio-Optic Holography, an ancient science a science developed in China enables us to articulate what we see. Come for a rare opportunity to share an enlightening evening with Robert Tennyson Stevens, the developer of Mastery Systems International, as he discusses how understanding the eye helps us to activate and enjoy our dreams — now. Stevens is the author of Sacred Body Language Translations™ and Conscious Language™ – The Logos of Now, and a master herbalist and iridologist.

July 2 (and every Tuesday and Thursday)
Free Restorative Yoga Class
Start your day off refreshed and vibrant with a calming, restorative yoga class. This form of yoga seeks to achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation with the aid of props that enable you to maintain balance while perform the practice. Led by an I Am Yoga and Wellness instructor, based in El Granada. This is a drop-in class.

July 7
Zumba
Enjoy a fun and effective workout moving to Latin and International music rhythms led by Bebe Rowlette, certified Zumba instructor. Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience. Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes, and bring towel and water.

Sketching Class: One Stroke at a Time
Learn to sketch and paint watercolors of fruits and vegetables with local artist Laura McHugh. Bring 2-3 sheets of regular bond or watercolor paper, child’s set of watercolors, 1-2 small roundtip paintbrushes and a black fine-pointed felt pen (Pentel P-500 or equivalent) or pencil.

Intro to Pregnancy and Postpartum Self Care
Learn ways to care for yourself after the baby arrives at this wellness class with Samantha Corsiglia, Integrative Women’s Health Specialist. Topics include birth and delivery, building and keeping vital health, lifestyle and eating, healthy lactation, stress, massage, and new relationship. Take home empowering tools for healing from labor.

All About Imagination: Unleash Your Potential

Yoga and Self-Healing Class with Wah!
Relax with rejuvenate with breathing exercises, postures (asana) and self-healing techniques in this class led by Wah!, author of Dedicating Your Life to Spirit. The class will conclude with a deep relaxation and short meditation and then Wah! will share her gift of song. All levels welcome.

July 20
Intro to Prenatal Yoga
In this comprehensive class, Samantha Corsiglia, Integrative Women’s Health Specialist, will address the daily changing needs of your pregnant body while your baby grows. These gentle classes are designed to strengthen you in carrying your babe with your womb, prepare you for holding your babe after birth, and help reduce discomfort. Enjoy sinking into the breath, allowing mindful meditation and awareness. Bring yoga mat, towels or pillow.

July 22
Breakfast Fun for Kids 8-14
Your child will learn how to make several styles of eggs, make pancakes and shredded home fried potatoes in this collaborative cooking class taught by Vicki Zettler. He or she will practice reading and using a recipe, good safety and sanitation practices and kitchen techniques. Breakfast included.
