It's turning out to be a great year for berries. Sitting around in Pescadero yesterday I talked to half a dozen tourists and they were off to Coast Ways and Swanton to pick ollala berries and strawberries. Whats good about those kind of trips is the berries are picked ripe so you have to eat them soon or they will go moldy. Great for preserves too.
