Employee Status: Full-Time/Part-Time - Brazzle Berry Open Job Position Titles:

Job Role: Ensure every client has a memorable, fun and pleasurable experience on every visit. A positive, upbeat and energetic attitude must be upheld and maintained throughout all interaction with customers. Store must be kept clean and organized, and all daily operation must be followed regularly. Exceptional employees will be promoted quickly in terms of pay and authority based on their consistency.

Full-Time Team Members (1 Full-Time Team Member)
Full-Time Team Members expected to work approximately 35hrs per week based on their schedules and regular store hours of operation. Compensation for Full-Time Team Members will start at $10.00++ an hour and will be based on previous experience, pay and overall level of commitment.

Part-Time Team Members (1 Part-Time Team Members)
Part-Time Team Members are expected to work approximately 20-30hrs per week based on their schedules and regular store hours of operation. Compensation for Part-Time Team Members will start at $9.00+ an hour and will be based on previous experience, pay and overall level of commitment.

2.Brazzle Berry REAL ESTATE Career Development!

Brazzle Berry is currently seeking a go-getter extremely passionate about also exploring a career longer-term in real estate. Specifically, we are trying to assist you in passing the CA real estate Agent License requirements and exam over the next year, thus making a broader commitment to long-term employee professional development and ultimately converting a career of retail customer service into that of a future entrepreneur or real estate top producer.

Real Estate Career Development Training Program:
Brazzle Berry would provide 1 candidate P/T employment starting at minimum wage with raises and other experience negotiations made after 30 day employment. We would also agree to provide required class reimbursement(s), study materials, and a general game plan for passing the CA Real Estate exam and help you obtain your R.E license and pursue a career in real estate.

Previous Work Experience: Applicants with previous customer service, restaurant, bar and hospitality work experiences are strongly encouraged to apply, however no specific levels of work experience is required and a comprehensive training program will be provided for all employees. Beyond past work experience ideal candidates would have strong interpersonal and communication skills and contagious interest in people and customer service.
