The Caregiver Support Group at Coastside Adult Day Health Center
Always scheduled the last Wednesday of the month from 12:30pm to 2:00pm at Coastside Adult Day Health Center 925 Main Street, HMB.
Need to talk? Would you like to meet other family caregivers? Do you have an elderly parent who lives far away but needs help? Are you new to caregiving and don’t know where to begin?
The Caregiver Support Group at Coastside Adult Day Health Center meets the last Wednesday of every month from 12:30pm to 2:00pm. Caregiving can be profoundly isolating. This group provides mutual support and solutions to challenges you thought were uniquely yours. We often feature special guest speakers and clinicians from local agencies. You do not need to have a loved one enrolled at the Center to attend this group. Literature is available and yours for the taking on a variety of caregiving topics and community resources. Pre-registration is not required and attendance is free. Refreshments are served.
