JANE PITTSINGER PT, ROSEN METHOD BODYWORK PRACTITIONER
I graduated as a Physiotherapist in 1973 in the UK. I have worked in the UK, Colombia SA and the USA (since 1982) with a broad variety of people of all ages and with many different types of physical problems. I am trained to analyze movement, posture and limitations in the full ability to function. I am experienced in being able to see potential for change and to offer ways of rehabilitating many types of bodily dysfunction. I also closely observe how any individual holds themselves posturally as a result of emotions or attitudes which have sometimes built up over a long period of time. I can help people to find ways in their bodies of freeing themselves from old patterns.

I have trained in many different aspects of Physical therapy. Over the last 23 years I have studied osteopathic manual therapy including cranio-sacral treatment through the Michigan State curriculum of osteopathy and the Upledger Institute. I have trained in grief counseling through KARA, Palo Alto, CA and in the Rosen Method which I also teach. I speak Spanish.
I love to find what works for each individual and although sometimes there is a need for hands-on work to release deep restrictions, I aim to find whatever empowers each individual. I find it important to collaborate with other practitioners of different disciplines and I like to explore all the varieties which exist in our local area.
COLLEEN DELFINO, CERTIFIED PILATES INSTRUCTOR
After 30+ years in the flower business, a car accident changed my life and career. Neck and back injuries brought me to seek help from a chiropractor. Lack of muscle strength to maintain my more than weekly adjustments brought me to Pilates. Teaching Pilates brought me to discover the wonder of anatomy and the holistic approach to wellness.
I received my mat certification from Pilates Physicalmind Institute in 2004 and my apparatus certification in 2006. I currently teach mat classes for people of all ages at Princeton by the Sea's Coastal Lifestyles and work from my home-based studios providing private, duet, and small group classes.
Healing often takes place through many disciplines. I feel very fortunate and blessed to be surrounded by so many gifted and dedicated professionals right here on our wonderful coast. Experiencing first hand the benefits of a flexible strong body and teaching it to others is most rewarding. I currently reside in Montara with a couple of dogs, a lot of weeds and a charming Victorian house.
