Volunteers will work in the field planting native plants, removing non-native plants, gathering native seed, and maintaining trail fencing in restoration and threatened species habitat.
This is an excellent opportunity for one time volunteers, youth groups, corporate volunteers, families, or church groups.
Volunteers should be willing to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Clothes that can dirty are appropriate. Volunteers will learn to identify native and non-native plants and will learn how to use tools safely to cultivate plants.
