Spring Master Pie Making Classes

Join Piemakers Julie and Mary for a 3 month master pie making series of pie classes.  

In April, we'll master the pie crust, the fruit filling and weave a lattice top.  

In May, its all about tarts and cream pies.  We'll master the Pate Sucree, the tradtional French tart crust, as well as two cream fillings.

We end the series in June with the classic Mile High Lemon Meringue, a lemon chess pie and a bumble berry pie.
