Half Moon Bay Temps To Dip, Then Rise Again: 7-Day Forecast

HALF MOON BAY, CA — With Labor Day behind us and the "unofficial" end of summer, the weather seems to finally be taking a cue and cooling down in the Bay Area. After a wave of record-breaking temperatures, a slight cool down appears to be on tap for most of the region. Temperatures are then expected to rise back up slightly come the weekend.

"Muggy conditions will persist Tuesday with temperatures falling back to near seasonal averages," the National Weather Service said. "Look for marine influences to increase through midweek as onshore flow returns to the region. An approaching upper level system will push inland to our north late in the week and help maintain cooler temperatures with only a slight chance of showers on Thursday."

Patchy fog before 11am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 69. Light south wind becoming south southwest 11 to 16 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.
