The South Coast service organization Puente de la Costa Sur is hosting a “Silicon Valley Gives” fundraising party at Pasta Moon Restaurant (315 Main St., HMB) on Tues May 5, from 5:00 - 7:30 pm.

Enjoy Pasta Moon’s delicious light appetizers and a no-host bar--and help Puente with donations that will be matched dollar-for-dollar by the Silicon Valley Foundation--up to $35,000!

With offices in Pescadero and La Honda, Puente is the only community resource center in San Mateo County’s south coast region, offering access to fresh, affordable food, subsidized health insurance, academic scholarships and school supplies for families who can’t afford them, as well as safety-net services.
