Call to Order (7:00 p.m.) -- Councilmember self-introductions.
1. Report from Board of Supervisors and Other Government Officials
2. Public Comment and Announcements (Members of the public may speak up to three minutes on any topic not on the agenda. Please fill out a speaker slip. The Council may not discuss or take action on items not on the agenda.)

3. Consent Agenda (Items generally approved as a group without discussion, unless requested to be moved to Regular Agenda for discussion.)
a. Approve Minutes for March 23, 2016.
b. Approve comments to Board of Supervisors in support of Planning Commission denial of Use Permit amendment to legalize use of La Costanera restaurant outdoor patios (PLN2015-00297).
4. Regular Agenda — The Council may take action on the following items:
a. (7:15 p.m.) Presentation on 2016 Devil’s Slide Ride (July 23, 2016) — (Johnson) Review of event specifics and logistics, including new running course routes through Montara.
Desired outcome: Informational.

b. (7:30 p.m.) Sister Cities International — (Deinzer) Presentation on the Sister Cities International program and its potential benefits for the Midcoast.
Desired outcome: Informational.
c. (8:00 p.m.) Connect the Coastside (Comprehensive Transportation Management Plan) — (Ketcham) Follow-up discussion of community comments at March 23, and April 7, 2016, Midcoast meetings on this topic.
Desired outcome: Approve MCC comments to County Planner on the March 2016 Draft Evaluation of Recommended Alternative to Address Potential Future Transportation Deficiencies.
d. (9:00 p.m.) MCC Committee Assignments — (Johnson) Discussion about the process for assigning MCC members to positions on other committees. Review of MCC role and representation on the Portola Trail Committee.
Desired outcome: Approve MCC extra-committee assignment process and clarify MCC representation on the Portola Trail Committee.
5. Council Activity — Correspondence received and meetings attended.
6. Future Agendas
April 27, 2016 — Midcoast Parks Forum. Special location: Cypress Meadows, 343 Cypress Avenue, Moss Beach. Representatives from GGNRA, State Parks, San Mateo County Parks, and the Granada Community Services District will make presentations.
