Call to Order (10:00 AM) -- Councilmember self-introductions
1. Public Comment & Announcements (Members of the public may speak up to 3 minutes on any topic not on the agenda. Please fill out a speaker slip. The Council may not discuss or take action on items not on the agenda.)
2. (10:05 AM) Presentation by Supervisor Horsley - 2015 Priorities and issues for the Midcoast, with questions and comments from the council and the public.
3. (11 AM) Council goals for 2015 – Discussion by council of goals, new and continuing
issues for the Midcoast, and priorities for the year.
4. (Noon) Break for lunch
5. (12:45 PM) Evaluation of 2014 meetings and activities – Discussion of
improvements and changes to meetings, process, and communications to and from the public,
as well as other boards and agencies.
6. (1:30 PM) Councilmember tasks and assignments – Attendance of other board and commission meetings, posting of agendas, representatives to other boards, and committee assignments
