a) (7:15) Midcoast Highway 1 Traffic and Safety Improvements - Presentation by San Mateo County’s traffic consultants of new design alternatives to improve safety on Highway 1 from Miramar to Gray Whale Cove. Alternatives to be presented include marked and lighted crossings, raised medians, left turn and acceleration lanes. The presentation will be followed by Q&A, and community feedback. The issues are complex; please read the supporting documents prior to the meeting (available at http://www.midcoastcommunitycouncil.org).
