Call to Order (7:00) -- Councilmember self-introductions

2. Public Comment & Announcements (Members of the public may speak up to 3 minutes on any topic not on the agenda. Please fill out a speaker slip. The Council may not discuss or take action on items not on the agenda.)
3. Consent Agenda (Items generally approved as a group without discussion, unless requested to
be moved to Regular Agenda for discussion)
a. Approve Minutes for December 10, 2014
b. Approve Letter to Request Streetlight Removal at bluff end of Beach St in Moss Beach
4. Regular Agenda – The Council may take action on the following items:
a. (7:15) Titans of Mavericks Contest (Brian Overfelt) – This year there are no plans for a festival for the public. Brian will give a brief update on the event and current plans, and answer questions.
Desired Outcome: Share information with the community
b. (7:30) Big Wave Revised North Parcel Alternative Project, PLN2013-0045
(Ketcham) – Staff Report for the Planning Commission meeting on January 14th
Desired Outcome : Council will approve comments on the project as presented in the staff
report.
c. (7:45) Replace leased office copier with purchased all-in-one printer,
(Ketcham) – Council members have to print and copy separately now, and pricing
has changed
Desired Outcome : Council will approve purchase
