Custom Fit members can test as often as they train. The reasoning is straightforward. A DEXA scan measures fat, lean muscle, and bone density with clinical precision. A VO2 max test measures the body's maximum oxygen uptake, one of the strongest predictors of cardiovascular fitness and long-term health. Run those tests on a regular cadence and a member can see exactly what is changing, where, and whether a program is working — rather than relying on the scale or the mirror. Most recently Zisko was a  language arts/English language development support teacher in the Gilroy Unified School District. Zisko is relocating Coastside. "I am delighted to become part of the Half Moon Bay community, and I look forward to meeting the staff, students and parents of El Granada Elementary School." In Gilroy, Zisko supported low performing students and English learners to meet grade appropriate standards. She plans to do the same at El Granada.
