Non-native species that's taken root in town.
This may be the silhouette of the Bull Thistle, (Cirsium Vulgare), a non-native species photographed against the sunset along the cliffs at Redondo Beach in Half Moon Bay. Non-native refers to any plant introduced after the first European contact.
