PUBLIC NOTICE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The San Mateo County Harbor District will receive proposals to provide commercial property appraisal, lease valuation and market survey services concerning: at Oyster Point Marina/Park in the City of South San Francisco, San Mateo County, the former Oyster Point Bait & Tackle leasehold; and at Pillar Point Harbor, Princeton, San Mateo County, the Ketch Joanne Restaurant and Harbor Bar in the Commercial Lessee’s Building.

Proposals must be received by the San Mateo County Harbor District no later than 3:00 p.m. PST on Tuesday, October 28, 2014, to the Administration Office at 400 Oyster Point Blvd., Suite 300, South San Francisco, CA 94080.  Phone: (650) 583-4400.

The RFP is available upon request or at the District’s website, www.smharbor.com.

No proposals will be accepted by facsimile or electronic mail.  Proposals will be accepted by personal delivery, first class and certified mail, and Federal Express (or similar courier service).

Site Visits will be held as follows:

Pillar Pont Harbor: Tuesday, October 14, 2014, 10:00 a.m., Harbor Master’s Office, One Johnson Pier, Half Moon Bay

Oyster Point Marina/Park: Wednesday, October 15, 2014, 10:00 a.m., Harbor Master’s Office, 95 Harbor Master Road, South San Francisco

The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities therein.
