HALF MOON BAY, CA — The traffic jam leading up to Sam's Chowder House on Highway 1 is a good indication of how popular the restaurant is for generations for seafood lovers. The beloved eatery combines great food with amazing views, the perfect combination for locals and tourists alike, with visitors from across the bay and from the other side of the world.
Sing Lin of Fremont shared a moving narrative of a visit to Sam's in July, along with a previous Coastside visit made in 2021. It includes dozens of photos and links for more. Lin not only shared images of Sam's but also of the beautiful scenery and birds.
